Lease terms

Cleaning Fee of $300.00 Pet Fee of $200.00 per animal is required (when applicable) at move-in and is non-refundable only pets under 40 pounds will be allowed. Pet Rent of $15/month per pet to be added to rental amount above (when applicable) Security/Damage Deposit of $1,350.00 is required and is refundable on move out if there are no outstanding debts or damages. **This deposit is not a "last month's rent" and will not be applied in that manner. Lessee responsible for all utilities Minimum 12 month lease, renewable by mutual agreement Parking of vehicles: 2 spaces in garage, 2 on driveway. Any automobiles, motorcycles, trailers, RV's, etc. must be parked in a paved area on the property. Any vehicle parked on the city street must adhere to city regulations. All vehicles on the property must be currently registered and operable. Personal basic vehicle maintenance is permissible. No other repair or disassembling of vehicles on the premises is permitted.
