Two additional guest bedrooms, one with a Full bed and the other with a Queen bed, share a fully renovated second bathroom. Enjoy the convenience of a workspace area and a laundry room. The home boasts many cottage details such as shiplap, original beam ceilings, original 'wavy glass' windows, open shelving, custom vanities and cabinets, gorgeous wood floors, brick and slate tile flooring, custom lighting, built-in desk, antique barn style doors, and original detailed moldings. For your enjoyment, luxury bathrobes are provided in each bedroom, along with coffee with cream & sugar, tea, games, puzzles, books, a record player with albums, televisions with ROKU players in the living room and master suite, bed linens and towels, a desk area with a printer, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, umbrellas, a blender, a Keurig, a microwave, pots and pans, a griddle, a crockpot, a George Foreman grill, and ceiling fans in bedrooms and the living room.
Parking is available on the quaint ribbon drive or on the street. Outdoor dining for 6 is available, along with a charcoal grill with grill tools.

No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and an event fee has been paid; unapproved parties or events will incur a $1000 fine. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a $400 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fine. This is a non-smoking home; smoking in the home will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation. Taking items from the cottage is considered theft and will be charged appropriately. Please do not open the antique windows as the cottage is climate-controlled. Do not put hot hair styling tools directly on the wood bathroom vanities; use the provided rubber styling mats. For bookings longer than one week, access to the cottage may be required for maintenance, with scheduling coordinated with guests. Supervised children are welcome, but the cottage is not safety child-proofed. Please do not move furniture and decor, or stand on the furniture. Guests are to report any repair or maintenance items promptly. The cottage is designed for a maximum of six guests. Trash day is Thursday morning; if staying over on a Wednesday night, please bring the bin to the curb. Please use your own logins for all streaming services on TVs. Exterior string lights on the back deck are on a timer for 7 PM-10 PM.
