About the building
This house has 5 bedrooms plus an office. We replaced a new dishwasher last year and will replace new carpets on the second floor in these days.… It is quiet and close to an elementary school as well as Cedar Hill State Park. It is also close to Cedar Hill City government buildings. We recently replaced the whole roof. It is only 15-30 minutes from downtown Dallas.
We only accept little pets and charge $500 for the first pet and $250 for the second one. The pets fee will be nonrefundable.
We do not accept Section 8.
If you meet the following qualifications, you are welcome to take a look the house and apply:
1. Non-smoker/Drug-free
2. No loud noise or disturbances
3. Credit score of 580 or higher
4. Minimum household income of $9,000 per month
5. Please include your salary stubs when submitting your application.
