Normal check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m. Failure to submit ID and/or security fees prior to check-in will not result in any refunds, and access to the property will not be granted. All reservations come with enough supplies to 'get started' but not for the entire length of stay; tenants must purchase disposable items to sustain the duration of the reservation, which includes but is not limited to garbage bags and/or paper towels. For non-lease guests with pets, a refundable security fee of $200 for 1 pet, $400 for 2 pets, and $600 for 3+ pets is required. For leases, there is a monthly utility cap of $300, and guests are responsible for any overages. A refundable security fee of $500 is required for leases, increasing to $700 for 1 pet, $900 for 2 pets, and $1,100 for 3+ pets. This fee is returned post check-out if no damage is found. If damage is found, pictures and repair costs will be sent to the renter within 10 days. For leases exceeding 30 days, the security fee increases to $1,500 total for guests without pets and $2,500 total for guests with pets. The security fee will be refunded within 30 days after the check-out date. Municipality/HOA compliance requires signing a lease if the city requires one, and failure to complete it is a house rule violation. Early check-in is dependent on availability.
