Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and violation may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. This is a 100% smoke-free property, and smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a per pet fee of $50 per stay. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please treat the home with care and respect; excessive mess or damage will result in additional cleaning or repair fees. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. The host is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or left-behind items. Any violation of these rules may result in additional charges, removal from the property without refund, and/or reporting to the platform. Minor signs of wear and tear, such as scuffed walls, small paint chips, or other cosmetic blemishes, may be present due to normal use.
