Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear. Minor signs of wear and tear, such as scuffed walls, small paint chips, or other cosmetic blemishes, may be present due to normal use.
