An oversized RV bay is perfect for RV travelers and toy storage, with a pickleball court set up inside. For the safety of guests and the property, exterior-only security cameras are in place. While the home is professionally cleaned and pest-managed, occasional outdoor insects or small wildlife may be noticed due to the location. Normal neighborhood sounds such as nearby pets, traffic, or lawn care may be heard. Guests are kindly asked to treat the home with care and report any issues promptly. Guests must be at least 21 years old to rent. No vaping or smoking is permitted in the home, and loud parties are prohibited. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. Unapproved late departures may result in additional fees, with a late checkout fee of $300 charged if a guest remains on the property more than 30 minutes past the 11:00 AM checkout time without prior written approval. If the hot tub is used, guests are asked to refill it above the highest jet. Excessive dirt and grass found in the hot tub after a stay may incur an additional fee of $150. Guests are asked not to move furniture, as a $50 furniture reset fee will be charged after checkout if furniture has been moved.
