The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove, Toaster, and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery. Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own! You have full and total access of our home during your stay. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked kitchen! Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Located just minutes from the freeway, this home has easy access to the major metropolitan areas of Dallas and Fort Worth. We have exterior cameras on both the front door and over the driveway. These cameras record to the cloud 24/7. Trash collection is every Tuesday and Friday (With recycling only on Tuesday), if your stay happens to fall on a Monday - Wednesday or a Thursday - Saturday then we would love it if you could put the garbage cans out on the street the night before and return them after they get emptied. **Important We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. **Please note Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking.
