Lease terms

Rent is $3000.00 per month and the security deposit is $3000.00 Security deposit and first months rent must be paid prior to move in. applicant is responsible for paying the zillow application fee. 12 month lease preferred but willing to discuss other options. Tenant pays all utilities including water, electric, wifi, and trash. no smoking in the house, this includes vaping, Marijuana, tobacco, or any other form. There is a 5% late fee if rent is not paid by or before the 10th of each month. Pets are allowed but must be disclosed and approved prior to move in. No subleasing of the property unless otherwise discussed with landlord. Tenant is responsible for maintaining current landscaping, keeping outside walkways clear, and driveway free from excess debris or ice/snow.
