One-bedroom upper in an owner-occupied duplex in Cambridge Woods available September 1.… Cute, fairly small apartment with lots of storage and natural light and a large, covered back deck. Has the slanted ceilings you would expect from an upper in Milwaukee, and due to size would likely be best suited to 1 person. Walkable to shops on Oakland and UWM and a short bike ride to Riverwest, Shorewood, the beer gardens, or the rest of the East Side. You can hop on the Oak Leaf for biking or running right in the neighborhood. Also 1 block from the Green Line bus (a quick ride to downtown, the Third Ward, Bay View, the airport, Shorewood, etc.). Street parking is plentiful with a resident permit (you'll never have to search for a spot). Nice landlords looking for a friendly and responsible tenant to share our house with. ** If you are interested in arranging a showing or in filling out an application, please make sure your message includes (1) a little information about yourself, (2) when you are looking to move, and (3) times that would be convenient to see the apartment. If you have questions about the apartment, it would be great to answer those before arranging a showing.
