Available early April 2025.* This might be the nicest location in Sun City Summerlin.… This large 2 Bed 2 Bath, pet-friendly, single-family, one level living home with updated appliances, fully fenced backyard, 2-car garage, Washer and Dryer, and covered back patio is on the greenbelt. You get a huge backyard but no obligation to maintain any of it! It is also facing west, which means your back patio is comfortable in the morning and in the afternoon. It rarely gets too warm to make use of the outdoor living space. I have two almost identical places (2 doors down from each other) so the one offered here might be 3020 Hidden Treasure Drive or 3032 Hidden Treasure. The major differences are that the former has a fenced back yard and wood and tile floors and the latter has a fenced front yard and carpet and tile floors. I have loads of extra photos and video walk throughs of each so just ask and I'll send you the link! There is available access to all the Sun City Summerlin golf courses, community centers, pools, etc., for a small additional fee, please inquire about setting this up if you decide to rent the home. Tenant pays all utilities, including water and trash, and cares for the yard. Rent is $2400 per month for a single tenant or $2600 for two. We offer this rent reduction to help those who have only one pension. We are also occasionally open to a RENT REDUCTION for the perfect tenants!
