This pet-friendly home welcomes one dog under 50 lbs for a non-refundable pet fee of $150. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Parties and events such as bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering are not allowed. Guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. There is an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor from their original positions. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by pets during their stay, and additional charges will apply if dog feces are not picked up and properly disposed of. Late check-outs will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not allowed. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet, only toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Guests are required to follow the house rules written and posted in the house. Checkout procedures must be completed as written.
