Enjoy the private pool, with pool heat available for an additional fee of $30 per day. A propane grill is available for BBQs. This home is pet-friendly for one dog under 50 lbs, provided it is up-to-date on vaccinations, fully potty-trained, and not a puppy under 1 year. A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be included and must be added to the reservation prior to check-in. Guests are responsible for any damages the pet may cause.

Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera at the front door. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch; evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, and underage drinking are strictly prohibited. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are liable for any and all property damage. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed, and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Checkout procedures must be completed as written.
Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $30 per day. Contact us for details. An additional security deposit will be required for wedding groups or bachelor/bachelorette parties. A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be included for one dog under 50 lbs. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour.
