Private Front Main Floor Entrance (additional private rear entrance as well). Approx. 900 sq. ft. 2 bdrm/1 bath w/ cozy private covered front porch. MONTHLY RENT INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES (Gas, electric, and water). Floor plan includes a kitchen with hardwood floors and a garbage disposal, living Room, two bedrooms, a bath, and an enclosed rear porch/storage room. Stove and refrigerator are also included. Shared laundry in basement (Landlord provides a washer & dryer). Assigned parking space in rear. If Tenant wants to pay the utilities directly, then rent is $1,200 (not including gas, elec, and water). Both figures include lawn maintenance and trash pick-up. This is the Front First floor unit (there is also a first-floor rear unit, and a second-floor unit as well that are currently occupied. All Tenants must be courteous with respect to noise due to adjacent Tenants. Also, no pets and no smoking are allowed due to the same reasons. All parties need to be courteous to adjacent Tenants. The Security deposit is 1 1/2 times the rent $1,800 in Tenant pays own utilities (or $2,100 if utilities are included option is exercised). And first month's rent is also due at signing as well as a non-refundable cleaning/prep fee of $150 (may be refundable if unit is left cleaned when keys are returned to Landlord at end of lease), and a $100 application fee. This fee is only charged if Tenant is preliminarily approved for unit so information can be verified. Zillow Application not required, however applicants must be able to pass a background check and no previous evictions.
