Noise should not be loud enough to bother anyone in the house. Quiet hours 12:00AM- 8:00AM. HVAC around 70 (All seasons). No more than 2 guests at a time. Only 1 guest can stay the night and for no longer than 2 days, unless discussed and accepted. An extra $200 will be added to rent for a guest that stays for more than a week. No borrowing of common items or other people's personal belongings without prior approval. Food and beverages are kept separate and purchased by each roommate individually. Illegal drugs are not allowed.
