No smoking anywhere on premises, inside or outside. 3 vehicle maximum for regular parking. No ATV's, golf carts, 4-wheelers or similar gasoline powered type vehicles permitted. Renter will maintain in excellent condition, consistent with other homes in the area, all lawn areas and all flower/plant beds adjoining house. Lawn is large and will require riding type mower. During growing season (May-October) lawn is to be mowed at least once per week. When not in growing season lawn is to be mowed at least once every two weeks.
