Lease terms

NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE HOUSE No pets. Renter is responsible for lawn maintenance, a lawn mover is provided. If the renter doesn't want to mow the lawn a service is in place that will cost them $60.00 a mowing. Security deposit and first months rent due at signing. One vehicle per licensed driver is allowed in the driveway. Nothing is allowed to be parked in the yard. (ON the grass).No nails, tacks, tape. screws, or fasteners of any kind in the woodwork. Home inspection allowed with 24 hour notice. All utilities must be in the name of the tenant. Rent is due on the 15th of the month. Lease is limited to the single family listed on the lease. No other occupants allowed without prior consent of lessor. Not less than 60 days prior to the termination of this lease, lessee shall give written notice to lessor as to whether the lessee will be renewing lease for another 12 month term. Lessor has the right to deny renewal. If lessee will not be renewing lease, 30 days prior to the termination of the lease lessee will keep the property in acceptable showing condition and allow reasonable access of 24 hour notice for showings of the property. Tenant will pay Security deposit of $1,950.00 and first months rent (prorated) of TBD based on date of occupancy.
