Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (dirty dishes, soiled floors). Cleaning fees are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. Trash pick-up is Monday and Thursday; please make sure your trash is in your designated bin(s) and moved out near the road. Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash. Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, guests are expected to inform the host of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay a reasonable request for reimbursement if they're responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Disruptive gatherings are prohibited.
