If you have more than 1 vehicle you will need to find parking in an alternative lot for the second vehicle. There are paid parking lots around the boardwalk or there is the Hampton Park & Ride that allows free overnight parking. Just a short stroll across the bridge, you'll find the lively Hampton Beach boardwalk, brimming with delicious dining options, exciting entertainment, and classic seaside charm. With beaches all around, you're never far from sun, surf, and sand. The apartment has 1 parking spot which is located directly in front of the suite on the 301 Portsmouth Ave side of the building. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (dirty dishes, soiled floors). Cleaning fees are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday, and guests should make sure their trash is in their designated bin(s) and moved out near the road. Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash. Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform the trusted partner of the damage as soon as possible and work with the partner to find a reasonable solution.
