Two parking spots are available on the bay side of the property on Eisenhower Street, directly in front of your suite. Please park close together to accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Situated in Seabrook Village's Beach District, this suite is surrounded by ocean and offers a choice of beaches. It's located in a quiet neighborhood ideal for bike riding and walks. A short walk across the bridge leads to downtown Hampton Beach, known for its restaurants, entertainment, and iconic boardwalk. Quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Guests are asked to clean up after their pets immediately, both inside and out, and never leave pets unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive cleaning. Trash pickup is on Monday and Thursday; guests should ensure trash is in designated bins and moved near the road. Guests are expected to inform the host of any damage beyond normal wear and tear and work with the host to find a reasonable solution, potentially covering reimbursement for damages, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Disruptive gatherings and parties are prohibited. Please lock the doors when not home and when leaving after your stay. No refunds, credits, or date changes are offered due to inclement weather, storms, hurricanes, tropical systems, extreme temperatures, poor beach conditions, beach closures, water quality advisories, red flag warnings, or any other weather- or government-related conditions.
