The secured parking garage is located adjacent to the building. If you choose to use it, you'll access it using the orange key card located within the unit. The key card will grant you access to the top floor only. Be sure to park in parking the parking space provided to you or you'll most likely be towed by another resident who owns the space you incorrectly park in. In the event that you damage or lose the keycard, we will charge you an additional $50 to replace it. The Unit: It is newly renovated, 1,300 square foot, 2BD + 2BR corner condo unit with views. You would have access to all areas within the unit. Furnished option available. Message me to discuss the details. The unit comes with Wi-Fi, the price includes all utilities costs, and a parking garage space, if agreed upon. The unit is complete with hardwood floors and ceramic tile. No carpet. Each room has big windows so there is a lot of natural daylight throughout all hours of the day. - The dining room has a beautiful dining room table with 8 chairs. - The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and a gas stove is provided. - The guest bedroom is spacious with able closet space. - The master bedroom is also spacious with built-in casework, a 8'-0" closet, and a private bathroom. - Both bathrooms are very clean and come with a bathtub, sliding glass doors, and marble countertops with countertop bowl sinks. BONUS: There is also a big patio adjacent to the dining room with expansive sunset views that can be enjoyed. Condo Unit Rules: - Absolutely no smoking. - No pets allowed. - Promptly clean up any messes made and report any stains or damages created by you.
