About the building

Older cabin newly remodeled in western motif, with two stable stalls and a fenced turnout, especially suited for somebody with a large animal or two, renting for $2900. If not using those the rent is $2600. Owner has been using this cabin as office only. Located outside of Wimberley (3 miles from downtown). It's a quiet, safe area and has a view of the hills. There are two bedrooms and another room used as an office, as well as a large utility room. The master, kitchen and den have vaulted ceilings. Both bathrooms quite western/rustic as shown in pics. Water from a deep well (with Culligan water softener) and waste service are included, as is Spectrum high-speed internet; tenant pays electricity only. Outside is a large covered deck facing the hills. The yard and nearby area have plenty of oak trees for privacy and shade. This cabin shares 11 acres with neighboring cabins that are all long-term rentals but have decent privacy from each other. Neighboring tenants have been present for up to four years, and one has three cows.
