Your must verify that you meet our requirements before a showing is granted. ID is required for all showings and applications. Zillow application must be completed to be considered for this property. Application must include: 1. Verification of income and/or proof of employment with supporting docs (ie. check receipt, most recent w2 or tax return) 2. Two references (name and phone number from most recent landlord and current work supervisor) One year lease minimum. Pets accepted with a fee of $50/pet a month. 2 pets max. Tenant responsible for yard maintenance and utilities. We do not accept Section 8 housing vouchers. No Current/Recent Evictions/Bankruptcies Preferred credit score of 650 or higher.
