Workshop and garage is carpeted with Airport grade commercial carpet tiles. Nice large deck space for outdoor living. Small stone patio with tiny yard for minimal landscaping needs. Carpeted Garage- nice for hobbies. Or this space will make a fabulous family room, or workshop. 3 parking spaces, + 1 1/2 car garage. Lots of storage space . Natural gas furnace, double pane windows, highly insulated. Gas cooktop. Gas fireplace . New Miele dishwasher . UTILITY COST The utilities are as follows. This is based on the year 2022 with 4 people living in the home . The utility customer service said the last three years have been very consistent, so I believe that you can count on this estimate being very close to what will occur. Water, Sewer and Garbage $211.73/month Electricity $133.16/month Natural Gas ( the furnace heat and the cooktop ) - about $20 in the summer months and as high as $90 in the winter months .
