Inability to confirm employment or income or savings to support rent payments for the duration of the lease.

We do not accept "comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports" (CRTSR) as defined in Washington State laws. However there is no application fee and our credit check fee is only $25 per person. We only request the credit check fee after satisfactory results of a background check are in and we are prepared to offer you the apartment IF your credit meets the criteria delineated above.
Our objective is to make the application process go as smoothly as possible for both you and us. I also want to ensure that neither your time nor your credit check fee is wasted. We encourage all current and prospective tenants to speak with us rather than rely exclusively on email or texting.
