Lease terms

Rent is due monthly. Utilities are not included in the monthly rent and will be split equally among the occupants based on the actual monthly bills. A security deposit is required. The initial lease term is 12 months. After the first year, the lease will transition to a month-to-month rental agreement, subject to the terms of the lease and applicable notice requirements. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. Tenants must keep their private room and shared areas clean and treat the property with respect. Quiet hours will be observed, and excessive noise or disruptive behavior is not permitted. Parking is available in designated areas (driveway/garage). Tenants may use the shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, and laundry areas. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear is the tenant's responsibility. A written lease is required, and all tenants are subject to the same rental policies and screening requirements.
