This is a 2-story duplex in a quiet neighborhood of 9 other duplex buildings. There is no drive-by traffic, just the neighbors. It's close to Highland Park Elementary and you drive through Eastern Villa Mobile Home Park to get to our duplexes.. It's on the quietest part of town, the east side, and off of 6th street ( also known as Highway 51). It's located about 3 miles from campus. Highland Park Elementary School has a great round walking area as well as traffic lights to get on and off 6th in a heavy traffic time. We planted lots of flowers and the grass is nice. There's a wooden bridge over a creek in the middle of the property. We have 2 dumpsters on site so no worry when trash day happens.
