I am looking for a tenant for ideally 6 months starting in December or January. It is negotiable at this time. I will pay a determined amount of water per month and anything over that amount you would be responsible for. I am paying for lawn and garden watering which historically is the same price yearly. I would also cover trash,recycling and compost . You are responsible for energy cost which I would take out of a deposit. I would prefer to NOT have animals. The home is beautifully furnished and I'm hoping for someone who appreciates and respects the architecture and interior spaces. This is not a typical Ikea furnished stock rental. This is my home and I want someone who respects the space and who would surely enjoy a comfortable stay
