- We are committed to being good neighbors. We live in a very family/kid-friendly neighborhood. This is not a party house. We strictly enforce noise policies & quiet hours 9pm-8am.
- Parties of 8+ are not allowed, unless approved by us prior to your stay.
- This is a smoke-free property. Violation is subject to $500 fee and property damage cost.
- Please respect our home. Failure to do this will result in being billed for any damage from your stay.
- Your dog is welcome! Please add your dog to the reservation there is a 1-time fee. 2 dogs max. No other types of animals authorized.
** Other things to note:
- Garage is not available for use. There are 2 spots in the driveway for parking.
- Pool maintenance every Tuesday afternoon. We will do our best to give a heads up.
- Yard maintenance is every 2 weeks. We will do our best to give a heads up.
- We provide a monthly cleaning.
