Requirements: Please note that an incomplete application will not be accepted. Each application must be submitted with the correct non-refundable fees. All Social Security numbers and bank account numbers must be blacked out on all financial documents (except Credit Check authorization form) 1. $500 payable to 3000 Valentine Ave Owners Inc. for application fee 2. $275 payable to Venture NY Property Management for processing fee 3. $100 payable to Venture NY Property Management per applicant for background/credit check 4. Application completed by the applicant(s) 5. Copy of signed rental lease 6. Two years Tax Returns and W-2 (Social Security numbers must be blacked out) 7. Copies of bank statements of the last three (3) consecutive months (Bank account numbers must be blacked out) 8. Two (2) most recent pay stubs 9. Reference letter from employer confirming salary, and length of employment, etc. (Letter must be on company letterhead). 10. Reference letter from landlord confirming rent amount, payment history and length of rental, etc. 11. Two (2) personal reference letters (Letter must include contact number, full name, and relationship) 12. 13. Initial on each page of the House rules Photocopies of IDs for all residents No application will be approved without the applicants participating in an interview with the Board's Interview Committee, and the permission of the Board of Directors. Duration -1 year Fees - Utilities and Internet $200 payable monthly No pets allowed without permission from co op board No smoking allowed Parking at entrance on first come first serve basis - follow all city laws Elevator in building Renter is responsible for keeping property clean, and notifying landlord promptly of any issues with the property. Any damage created by renter is the renter's responsibility.
