Rent must be paid by 10th with added late fees. Please obey rules set by the Management Company. Lease agreement is for one year and can be broken by landlord if failure to uphold the policies after warned. There is a secure parking for tenant and a fab for the gate would be give to tenant for easy entrance to community. Renter is responsible for keeping the shared area clean after use. Trash is to be taken to the dumpster and light bulbs are to be replaced by tenant. Stove, microwave and fridge are available for use. Tenant is responsible for paying utilities.
