This lease is for a minimum of 3 months but open if a good fit. Owner pays for water and garbage. Renter pays for gas and electric. No smoking allowed inside or outside the home and yards. Renters have use of the second story of the home and the washer/dryer located on the first story. Renters also have access to one parking space in the attached garage. A garage door opener will be supplied. If the tenant damages or loses the garage door opener it should be replaced with one of similar value. Renters will also have access to backyard. No fires, BBQ pit or anything of that nature is allowed. Owner will have access to basement area for maintenance of yard, etc., and will inform tenant when needed. Tenants are expected to keep the unit clean and in good condition. If there is a problem such as a leak, etc., the owner should be informed immediately through call or email. There is also one camera on the premises that faces the porch outside of the front door. Landscapers will require access to the front and backyard once per month. The owner will be present at these times. Tenants will be responsible for taking garbage and recycle cans to the front of the home for weekly pick up be Waste Management.
