Lease terms

This lease is for a minimum of 6 months but open if a good fit. Owner pays for water and garbage. Renter pays for gas and electric. No smoking allowed inside or outside the home and yards. Renter has use of the second story of the home and the washer/dryer located on the first story. Renter also have access to one parking space in the attached garage. A garage door opener will be supplied. If the renter damages or loses the garage door opener it should be replaced with one of similar value. Renter will also have access to backyard. No fires, BBQ pit or anything of that nature is allowed. Owner will have access to basement area (first story) for shared living space and for maintenance of yard, etc. Renter is expected to keep the unit clean and in good condition. If there is a problem such as a leak, etc., the owner should be informed immediately through call or email. Landscapers will require access to the front and backyard once per month. The owner will be present at these times. Renter will be responsible for taking garbage and recycle cans to the front of the home for weekly pick up by Waste Management. Renter must follow the guidelines for garbage and recycling disposal according to Waste Management. If interested call or message for tour availability.
