Two professionals and male graduate student looking for housemate to share furnished house in East Davis (Mace Ranch). House is located in a quiet street adjacent to the green belt and park. One furnished room available at time of this ad. Single occupancy only. No pets. Utilities are flat fee and included. -PG&E (gas / electric) -City utilities (water, sewer, garbage), -Wireless internet (fastest speed) and Direct TV with over 100 channels. Additional Amenities: -Reverse Osmosis system (filtered drinking water not tap water) -Water softener House is furnished. Room comes furnished with a twin sized bed, desk, chair, nightstand, lamp. If you like to bring your own bed, a full size is recommended. Garage space to keep your bike. Housing cost will be the same month after month. Full bathroom with tub/shower to be shared with at most 3 others, currently both are male who share the bathroom. Two male and one female living at the house. There is one hypoallergenic 20 pound dog that lives at the house also. Hard wood floors installed in bedrooms (in 2015). Tile and hard wood floors is in the rest of the house. There are no carpets in this house. You can bring an area rug for your room if you like. Size of room: 10'x10' with 6x2' closet furnished with desk and chair, night stand, bookshelf and bed if needed. 6x2' closet with mirrored doors, ceiling fan, window and blinds and black out curtains. Large remodeled (2018) kitchen with quartz counter tops and new gas stove, dining/family room, front and backyard yard with space to plant vegetables/flowers. All newer appliances including washer/dryer in laundry room. Kitchen is fully stocked and available to you. All common areas of the house are large. House is quiet, clean, and friendly. Looking for focused, friendly and non party type individuals. No smoking of any kind, no excessive drinking, no drugs.
