Enjoy the convenience of an electric stove, granite countertops, and a refrigerator. For your comfort, air conditioning and heating are provided, with building controls managing the start dates. Sheets, towels, washcloths, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board are all included. Laundry access is available in the basement of the building. Paid parking is available in nearby lots for approximately $20-30 per night. Please note that the building does not have onsite parking. This condo boasts a prime location, offering superb access to the city's premier attractions. It is within walking distance to the GWCC, Phillips Arena, Georgia Dome, America's MART, CNN Center, World of Coke, and the Aquarium. Situated on Peachtree Street in a safe and well-traveled tourist/business area, the building is also conveniently located near public transportation, including a Marta Train Station just 1.5 blocks away, making travel from the airport a breeze. The building has 24-hour security with a doorman. Please be aware that the air conditioning and heating are controlled by the building, and guests only have control over the airflow speed. During March and November, fans or space heaters may be provided. This is a residential building, so quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 9 AM. Smoking is prohibited inside the building, with a $250 fine for violations. Smoking on the balcony is allowed with the exterior door closed. There is a $100 replacement cost for missing building sensor cards/fobs. Late check-outs not pre-arranged will incur an extra cleaning and inconvenience fee of $200 and up. No pets are allowed in the unit, and violations will result in a $600 fine from the building. No parties or gatherings are permitted. Guests are required to wear masks in common areas. Please do not block elevator doors or hold them open. No eating, beverages, or smoking are allowed in hallways or common areas. Do not place pizza boxes or other large items into hallway trash chutes, as this incurs a minimum fine of $50. Do not let people follow you into the building. No one should hear sounds or noise coming from your unit at any time. Bicycles are not allowed in elevators. Guests are asked to leave the condo tidy by emptying trash, loading the dishwasher, and stripping beds. Laundry facilities in the building require purchasing a $10 laundry card from the concierge. There is a minimum fine of $500 for no pets allowed at any time. If you are locked out and building staff assists, there is a minimum fee of $65. Behavior resulting in a false fire alarm incurs a minimum fine of $150. Packages and mail should not be sent to the building to be held. The building was built in 1963.
