During March and November, fans or space heaters may be provided if needed. Smoking is not permitted inside the building, with a $250 fine for violations. Smoking on the balcony is allowed as long as the exterior door is closed. No vaping is allowed at any time inside the buildings. Wearing a mask is required in common areas. No parties or gatherings are allowed. No pets are allowed in the unit, with a $600 fine for violations. Missing building sensor cards/fobs will result in a $100 replacement cost. Late check-outs not agreed upon will incur an extra cleaning and inconvenience fee of $200 and up. Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 9 AM. Do not let people follow you into the building. No one should be able to hear sounds or noise coming out of your unit at any time. Bicycles are not allowed in the elevators. Please leave the condo tidy by emptying trash, loading/starting the dishwasher, and stripping the bed and piling dirty linens in the bathroom. No maid service is provided during your stay. Includes free Wi-Fi and cable. The building was built in 1963, and the air conditioning and heat are from the same unit. The building controls the thermostat, and guests only control the speed and force of the air. The temperature in the condo can be affected by the outside weather.
