This 1,200 sq ft condo has two stories and beams of natural light shining in from the 22 foot windows. Not set up for roommates, but perfect for one person or for a couple looking to have a little more space than you typically would have in uptown.
This condo also comes fully furnished. This includes all furniture (e.g., king sized bed, dressers, lounge chairs, ottoman, etc.) and kitchen essentials, cooking pots / pans + many accessories.
Since this is a larger condo, there is extra space to host people including a fully stocked bar area (with glassware and cocktail making station) separate from the kitchen, living room, guest bathroom, tv entertainment room (comes with a mounted 65 inch smart tv), as well as space for a small dining room as well as an office / reading room. 5th & Poplar has the amenities you desire, and is centrally located in uptown: an 8 -12 min walk to all the best sports, theaters, and restaurants. This building spans an entire city block and on the inside is a beautiful garden courtyard that has well maintained trees, fountains, flowers, birds, and generally is a nice oasis from the city. This courtyard also has an outdoor pool, dog park, and a putting green. Inside there is a billiards room, a fitness center with free weights and cardio machines, a cinema room, and a separate outdoor patio area that can be reserved (no cost) and is large enough to host parties of up to 50 people.
You will get one gated garage parking spot and will have a Harris Teeter grocery store on the first floor of the building along with a nail salon, coffee shop, and dry cleaner. This gated community also has a 24/7 concierge which is really nice for receiving things like packages and dry cleaning. Easy living.
Have your own private balcony which has views of the Panthers stadium as well as the Friday summertime fireworks shows at the Knights baseball park. Very close to center city parks and activities and all of the best theaters.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed for this unit.
Good credit history required along with a minimum of a six month lease term. Longer term lease will be considered, just ask.
