Terms at 300 Sterling Way #8

Rent term is flexibile, please reach out to discuss what you are looking for and my availability. I am not interested in renting long term but am more interested in monthly up to 6 months depending on the time of year. Tenant will be responsible for electrical and will also pay the $300 cleaning move out fee. Parking: Free, all vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas and not to impede other common areas. During Oct May, no parking between James and Bancroft building or Perry and Flora building to allow for snow removal. o Parking for storage of boats, trailers, RVs or other recreational equipment: From October May, these vehicles may be parked only between Byers and Nystrom, or in the north 40 feet at the front of Confluence From June September, these vehicles may also be parked between James and Bancroft and between Perry and Flora buildings on property. Speed on property is 5 mph No bikes inside the property -No events on property No garments or rugs to be hung on the rails of the rear deck. No Smoking, vaping or e cigarettes in the unit or on the deck of the condo. Pets: not allowed Maximum number of renters is 6 Quiet Hours: HOA has set quiet hours to be between 10pm 8 am. Fireplace is more for ambiance than a heat source. There is a space heater located in the King Bed closet for additional heat source.
