Smoking Not Allowed We currently don't have refridgerators but we have refridgerator rentals at $75 / month. We purchase the install service, we get the right refrigerator specs, stainless steel exterior, and you would own the refrigerator at the end of your lease. We currently don't have washer and dryer machines in the unit. We have washer and dryer rentals available for $75 / month. We will purchase the correct specifications for the washer and the dryer, install it, and the lessee will own the washer and dryer by the end of the lease. Payments would be made at the same time that rent it due. We don't provide a cleaning service so the tenant will be in charge of cleaning their own home.
