Smoking Not Allowed We don't provide a cleaning service so the tenant will be in charge of cleaning their own home. WE DO NOT HAVE REFRIGERATORS OR WASHER AND DRYERS IN THE UNITS. We have a $75 a month rental service per refrigerator and per W/D unit that would be due at the same time rent is due. You would own these appliances once they were paid off after a 1 year long lease.
