To prevent overload conditions, residents must avoid running multiple high-draw devices simultaneously. Generally acceptable items include laptops, TVs, fans, low-watt portable ACs (under ~800 900W), and rice cookers. Heavy-draw appliances (such as high-watt space heaters or portable washers/dryers) are strictly prohibited. Central Heating: Building heat is centrally provided by a classic boiler system routed to cast-iron radiator heaters in each unit. Thermostat controls are centralized in the basement and managed professionally by property management during the winter months to maintain standard, comfortable temperatures. COMMUNITY COMPLIANCE & LEASE TERMS We take our tenants' peace, comfort, and safety very seriously especially since many of our residents work from home. To maintain this environment, we enforce a strict policy on the premises: no loud music, no parties, and absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the unit or anywhere on the property grounds. Compliance with community rules and timely rent payments are material conditions of the lease.
