Non-smoking house in an outstanding neighborhood. Rent STARTS at $1,289. We are here to please you but, we don't work for free, nor do we hire folks who work for free. So, we can add, renter's insurance or landscaping along with RTO appliances - and all you need to do is be prepared to pay for or do it yourself. We need to verify you are human and that you actually exist. We ask you call us from a phone number within two hours of this property. (We get three or four request per week from someone in Idaho that wants to move into the area and ask for pictures - three hours later the listing is highjacked). We care enough that we are taking steps to prevent fraud from occurring. Our homes all have Scam Alert signs posted with our phone number. We follow fair housing laws. You must have a 650-credit score, pass a background check, rental history check and have three times the rental amount as income. This house looks plain jane on the outside but it pops on the inside.

The screening is rather simple we are looking for your cooperation in doing 1) criminal back ground check 2) rental history 3) income verification 4) credit check.
