Forsythe Avenue and Louisville Avenue are nearby and both provide shopping and dining options. The landlord provides lawn maintenance. Tenants are responsible for utilities. There is a washer and dryer in this duplex. The rent for this duplex is $795 per month. We have 12 month leases with an application fee of $25. Recent pay stubs or other methods to show income are required. A monthly income of $2,200 or higher is required. A credit check is performed on each prospective tenant to ascertain prompt payment of bills. We allow cats for a $300 pet deposit, but no dogs. At this time, we are not set up for Section 8 housing.
