Lease terms

First and Last months rent due at lease signing Security deposit and pet deposit (500 per animal) due at signing Renter responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance. 1 year minimum lease required. Standard Rental Process 1. Pre application questions. I send a list of questions to start off with to help you decide if we're a good fit for you and if you might be a good fit for us. 2. Showing. If both sides think they'll be a good fit for each other we'll schedule a showing for you to go look at the property and then decide if it's something you want to move forward with. 3. Zillow Application. It's only at this point that we ask you to fill out a Zillow application. We do so to pull your credit background and current work information and income. Every adult living there will need to be on the lease and fill out a Zillow application. 4. Application Review - We review all applications according to our standard rental criteria. 5. Rental Approval - if you are approved to become a renter, your security deposit will be due at the time the lease is signed. 6. Rental Move In - before renters move in, they are required to put the utilities in their name and to pay the first month's rent along with any pet deposits necessary.
