Our condo is beautifully modernized with a genuine upgraded kitchen, a 1-bedroom, 1.5 bath unit perfect for a single or couple. 300 Bayview is the center building between the other two in the Arlen House, which gives us instant & direct access to the full-size heated pool & tennis court. Each Arlen House building has its own sauna, locker room, workout room, hair & nail salon, mini-convenience store, concierge desk, security staff, and parking lot. The condos are brightly lit because of excellent natural light, and have a spacious layout with a private balcony. The difference is whether you want to be up high or closer to the ground - we're on 2nd floor. And whom you're dealing with, because as owners we care about our condo and always want it to be first class and you can call us directly whenever needed! The Arlen Houses are in the center of Sunny Isles, which, as you'll see in all the postings, offers convenient access to the beach, great shopping, outstanding restaurants, with easy access to the major highways, and midway between Aventura & Bal Harbor (posh-posh!). It's a well-maintained building with responsible people in the office and on the Board, so Association approval is required. Annual lease preferred. Available as soon as your application is approved. One-year renewable option annually. Current tenant with us 4 years - they're so happy they just bought their own apartment next door, and moving out June 30! They've been great and we're hoping to find new tenants just like them! In fact, they're the ones showing the apartment, by appointment, of course. Terms: Security Deposit and 1st month's rent. Future Rents due on 1st of the month. My brother and I are responsible for all repairs above $199 (material & labor).
