This home offers a game room, pool, and putt-putt for entertainment. This home features a spacious, custom kitchen with luxury finishes, fully stocked with utensils and cookware, and a dining room. The living room is picture-perfect with a smart TV. Bedroom 1 has a King bed, an ensuite full bathroom, and private entry to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and an ensuite full bathroom. There is also a half bathroom and a private workspace with access from the front porch. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 has 2 Twin beds, and Bedroom 4 has a King bed. A full bathroom and an open loft area with a Twin daybed and Twin trundle (sleeps 2) with a smart TV are also on the second floor. The garage apartment is a spacious studio with a King bed, couch, and smart TV, a full kitchen with a drip coffee maker and basic cooking utensils, and a small attached bedroom with a Full bed and Twin Trundle. The garage itself is designed as the ultimate game room that opens up to the pool deck. Pool heat is available for $30 per day. Inquire for terms and conditions. The identical home next door can be booked to sleep 30. This home is located just steps to downtown and directly across from Francis Field, giving you the prime location to all St. Augustine's top events. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. All events must be approved prior, with a security deposit and event fee. Proof of event liability insurance is required. If an unapproved party/event does occur, hosts reserve the right to cancel the reservation with no refund. Guests risk heavy fees from the city for any noise violation during quiet hours. Two ring security cameras are installed: one at the front door of the main home and an additional camera from the back of the home, facing the pool area. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to cameras may result in reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $100 per hour. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. No underage drinking. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. You are required to follow the House Rules written here and posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property. Checkout procedures must be completed as written here and posted in the house. Any excessive mess will result in loss of security deposit in the additional amount that is needed to pay cleaners. The main home features a private workspace with access from the front porch. The garage apartment has a small attached bedroom with a Full bed and Twin Trundle.
