Large 4 bedroom. Great living space with LOTs of kitchen storage. Nice size living room, family room with fire place.… All on a corner lot with lots of room!
In fine livable condition. Some work needs to be done to spruce it up. Cleaning, painting, some floor and trim issues. I'll be making plans to handle all of that but if someone comes to the table soon who is willing to do some or all of that I can lower the deposit substantially and possibly lower monthly rent as well
