Have a summer retreat and get away from the heat. Ideally this is a 3 to 4 month lease - June, July, August & September. No smoking, no pets. The renter would be responsible for the monthly electric bill. Max amount of people is 6 although there are 4 bedrooms. There is a masster & bath upstairs and a master & bath downstairs.

About the building

Excape the heat and come play at the beach & fish like a champion.… This house in on the back side of Copano Bay and looks out to water with a boat channel right by the dock. There is a large covered patio that looks out to the water where you can watch the fish jump or the many variety of coastal birds. You can fish off the dock (we've had great success). The garage has been turned into a game room that has ping pong, foosball, TV & reclining chairs- good for a movie night. There are 2 master bedroom & baths - 1 upstairs and the other downstairs. Although the house has additional beds, we are restriced based on the drought status and the septic to have more than 6 people that stay here. The house is fully furnished and has lots of room to park in the driveway. We are only 10 mins from town or the beach (and 1/2 of the drive is thru our beautiful road to get here). When you are driving out to the house, you feel like you being transported to another place. There is lots to do in Rockport during the summer. The market, farmers market, live music, great places to eat, fishing, boating, lots of other things to do. A big request is that anyone staying is repective of the drought situation and uses the water sparingly and consciously.
