Lease terms
Available to rent $3750/month starting December 1, 2026. Minimum 6-month lease, up to 1-year lease. The owner will cover all utilities as part of your rent: Trash, water, telephone, Internet, and basic cable TV service. Electric is a separate cost. We will send a monthly bill. The condo is fully furnished and ready for you to move in. Full month rent is due upon signing contract and rent is due the first of the month of your stay. Pets will be considered based on HOA rules. Sleeps 4 people $3,750 Refundable Security Deposit cannot be used for last month's rent. It will be refunded to you once the final walk-through is completed, and if all is good and clean with the condo and no damage, the money will be refunded to you.

This home is fully stocked and ready to move in! There is a full size kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, utensils, cups, cutlery, plates/bowls, pots/pans, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. Linens and towels are provided; there is a telephone for free calls to the USA and Canada. Cable television and FREE 5G (400 mbps) high speed secure Wi-Fi Internet access for your laptop and other devices. We provide hair dryer, full size ironing board and iron. The two bedroom windows have blackout curtains. There are beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrella, cooler, and an assortment of beach equipment and toys for the sand and sun.

This privately owned condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. General Excise and Transient Accommodation taxes are collected and transmitted to the State of Hawaii on all rentals
