The building features three separate units: Units 1A, 2A, and 3A, with 6, 6, and 8 bedrooms, respectively. Please note that the bedroom counts displayed on Zillow may differ; the correct unit sizes are 6, 6, and 8 bedrooms.
Each unit is designed to accommodate larger groups, but we're flexible with group size. Friend groups of 4 or more students are welcome to lease an entire unit to themselves and select their preferred bedrooms within it.
Individual Students / Shared Housing
If you are applying without an existing group, you are welcome to rent a bedroom in one of our shared units. Please note that these are shared student residences, and the landlord reserves the right to lease the remaining available bedrooms within the unit to other Binghamton University students. In other words, if you lease individually, you should expect to have roommates, similar to a dormitory or student shared-living arrangement.
For larger organizations, the entire building can also be rented, offering up to 20 bedrooms and a spacious private basement that's ideal for fraternities, sororities, or other student organizations.

The listed price reflects the cost per person ($650/month) based on a group of four leasing the unit.
