Short-term, furnished, dog-friendly one bedroom in a River North high-rise available mid-July through October. I am the owner of the condo and I will be traveling for work, therefore the space will be available. The condo is fully furnished, includes washer/dryer, 24-hour staffed building, pool, gym, theater room, business center, and a few cafes and restaurants on the same block. Several bus lines, the Chicago Red Line, Michigan Avenue, Northwestern Memorial, Lurie Children's, and SRAL are within a few blocks. The rent includes all utilities except electricity above the standard $30/month fee. Depending on your use of the heating and air conditioning, that could be $0-$400/month. No parking is included, but the building has deeded spots usually for rent, which are about $250/month, or there are garages nearby, which tend to be cheaper. Inquiries for move-ins prior to availability cannot be accommodated. The minimum lease terms are one month. When reaching out, please include the dates of the the lease you are interested in.
