The fine print: The bedroom room is 10x10 with two windows, a decent-sized closet, and a double bed. The house is fully furnished, and there is no room for storage or more furniture. If you think this may be a good fit for you, I'll send an application. References are required. First and last month's rent are required, and I ask for two months' notice if you need to move. Minimum two-month rental with preference for one-year lease. The home is shared with me, an active semi-retired woman (fully retired by 1/27). I garden, horseback ride, hike, travel, and who knows what else as I venture into retirement. Please email and include some info on your situation (when are you looking to move? why are you moving? how long are you looking to rent? why would you be a great tenant?) and a good time to reach you, and I will get back to you ASAP.
