Renter must provide proof of income from the most recent months Renter must provide 3-4 references. Rental History Required. If the tenant has no rental history, you must have a co-signer If a co-signer is needed, they are required to complete a FULL application + Credit Authorization Release Form. Please note that this is the same process as the primary applicant.
